EPS風(fēng)冷型全自動(dòng)板材成型機（PSB2000-8000）
主要特點(diǎn)
1.機器采用鋼焊接而成，并經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)效熱處理，使機器強度高，不變形，能承受高密度制品的膨脹力。
2.采用PLC全電腦顯示熒屏控制，使機器的開(kāi)模、合模、上料、加熱、保溫、風(fēng)冷卻、脫模、頂出成品，實(shí)現全自動(dòng)化循環(huán)作業(yè)。
3.機器模腔表面采用特制鋁合金板，熱傳導好，抗拉強度高，使用壽命長(cháng)。
4.采用穿透加熱成型工藝，設置變壓鼓風(fēng)機吸料，冷卻，穿透力強，粘結性好，用汽少，成型快，含水率低，保證產(chǎn)品內外一致。
